23 does have a couple of songs that could have come directly off certain Radiohead records (mainly Publisher and Dr Strangeluv - could have been OKC or maybe AMSP era) but its palette and songwriting choices are q different more often than not.
Misery sounds nothing at all like Radiohead and I have no idea idea how anyone could come out of a full listen armed that take other than, yes honey, they both have a fuckton of minor chords

Tbh, The Hypnotist has a lot more in common with Radiohead than 23 or Misery do, at least in regards to atmosphere and chord structure (as well as the drum work)
