think that one might be along Evans' major works.

I very much prefer his trio stuff, Symbiosis is cool but it feels less free because improvising is so much harder when playing with an orchestra.

That was always kind of its charm for me, the voices really add to the live atmosphere although to be fair who the hell talks through Bill Evans like why are you even there

Yeah exactly! I don't mind applause or cheering after tracks, or even the occasional crowd-sounds after a solo but this is pretty intense. They're pretty loud!

Great continuation of my Bill Evans journey with this and 'Everybody Loves'. I certainly prefer 'You Must Believe In Spring' so far, but it's been an enjoyable ride overall

Niiiice, this is lovely.
Spring isn't among my faves but many do see it in that regard. Maybe I should revisit it again soon. Other Evans records always prevent me from listening to it though, because there are so many ultra good ones.
