from discussions I've had with the guitarist, the vocals were written and recorded when both vocalists had just recently started (mostly because they were searching for vocalists and by the time they had deadlines to record they didn't have any other vocalists)

hoping for the best that they improve those vocals! musically they're doing pretty well

Fuck that, this shit is awesome. I'm liking the track Anchors the most so far.

This reminds me a lot of that European metalcore I used to listen to in the 2000s like Machinemadegod

all the people I’ve talked with absolutely love Anchors, too... it’s wild that they considered removing it

my personal favorite is Aquamarine simply because of that breakdown riff at like 2:10
