This album rules so hard. So underrated it's not even funny.

It may be the production or guitar work, but sometimes this album reminds me of Testament's "The Ritual" from the same year. I think this album is decent for what it is, and certainly can understand what direction Exodus would have headed had this not been the last album before the hiatus. Two things which disappointed me slightly-the vocalist sometimes attempts to sing, and for me it just didn't work at all, and the fact that the album is like twenty minutes longer than it should have been. That said, there are a few very well-written songs here, namely "Fuel for the Fire" and "Architect of Pain".

This isn't bad but definitely feels like they were trying to keep up with the times. Force of Habit funnily enough feels really forced.
