Yea. Johnny made it clear that it's more important to come up with anything than to write a perfect review. So listened, got an opinion that's strong enough and just wrote it. I know a serious review wouldn't write parts in first person, but that wasn't what I was going for. I hope Ingot my point across and explained my rating well enough

>I don’t even know how to properly classify this with genre labels to give you an idea what it sounds like
me neither haha
|
| |
whatever i feel like core hahaha

what stuck out to me immediately esp on the more rock/metal tracks is that the guitar lines themselves mostly dont really sound like any conventional rock/metal i can think of
idk if any of the drummers on the site would agree but i also thought the use of the snare (writing wise) on a couple of those same tracks is not at all how most rock/metal drummers would play
pretty cool!! i think some of kalk's criticism is correct tho

basically it feels like some kind of synthesis of two (or more?) kinds of influences and thats something i tend to find interesting and something i think about a lot myself
at the same time i can understand why a lot of people on this site wouldnt particularly appreciate it
