i think liking the first two songs depends on how much you like early kauan cus it really is a throwback to the first two records, which just aren't my bag.

After hearing the entire thing “Raivo” is still the main attraction here imo. The rest is nice but that track in particular is outstanding

Raivo is my highlight, too. Strong record which I may bump to a 4 after further listens.

Album is beautiful work by them once again glad they followed up Kaiho with something equally stunning. I’m literally powerless when it comes to lonely reverb-drenched guitar lines like the one on “Enne”, and then to cap the album off with the same riff but heavier on “Haita”? Pfft....game over for this mf

found this super boring on first listen, but i was also in the middle of doing something else, so maybe i'll dig it more the second time around

tbh it kinda is..? not as riff heavy as Sorni Nai, nor as interesting/creative (was waiting for something similar to Khurum), and the meandering/epic builds didn't make me feel the same as they did in Kaiho.
just first listen tho. also found it kinda odd only 2 songs have lyrics on a concept album. not that I could understand them anyway. aside from the occasional ship-creaking, wooshing of the wind, and the sonar-beep from song 2, didn't really get as transported as I did by Sorni Nai

yeah too early to tell just yet, but kaiho grabbed me pretty much instantly.
