Just wanna say every time I look at the frontpage, something new is going on on this cover

This is phenomenal. Her vocals are very different in a good way, she's got a huge voice when it matters. The music is uplifting and soulful, with just a tinge of that Nashville country shining through. The whole experience flows together seamlessly. Production is pristine. I'm in love with this.

That ratings graph is really interesting! I didn’t realize how divisive her voice would be. I think it’s more noticeable on some of her past work now thag I’m diving into it. I can see how it wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea

Glad to see that most people are sold on the music/production though. It’s completely enrapturing. You and I is definitely one I wish I mentioned more in the review, it’s so interestingly written

I agree that You and I is a standout. My favourite thing about it is how it meanders along so nicely and then just has this subtle James Taylor style riff bolted on at the finish for a few go rounds.

Album is full of these little stocking fillers, like the way the opening piano on stay is so distinctive.

She's got a lot going for her. Her voice is distinctive among a sea of samey sounding mainstream vocalists. She employs a dexterous blend of soul and Americana which could speak to an urban and rural audience alike. The music and production speaks for itself.

Haven’t checked in on this bird since Pushin Against a Stone, was never a huge fan of that but I’d be willing to try again...

It's better than what I've heard of her previous work and the production's impeccable, you might dig it idk

Colors has taken over my rotation lately. Might be my early favorite.

I super expected to see people comment on her voice here. It's got a weird quality to it. Kind of dig this so far! Let's see where I stand when I've heard the entire thing.

Yeah ok this is really cool! Stardust Scattering is fantastic.

I wish the cover was different though, I don't think it fits with the colourful and sunny music at all. It is glittery and show-y, but that's about it.

You and I made it into Verizon’s big holiday commercial, so maybe that’ll give her a push. I didn’t see this as commercial music but I’m not complaining lol

I keep coming back to Stay. That tune just hits all the right spots
