Pretty commonplace in the genre tbh this album is pretty conservative on the sample usage. Most of them I’d say are around the 15-30 second mark. Compared to something like Mortician that’s getting off pretty easy

in the world of bdm/slam i can agree that 30 seconds is a merciful fate
try sitting through a 2 minute snuff film/porn sample. that's real bad. I like samples as long as they are at least decent and not over a minute.

yeah i think the music is better than a 2.5, but i also get that the music is pretty meat and potatos bdm. but i dunno theres cool riffs, great songwriting, and nice chugs that make it stand out from a good amount of generic bdm. plus is does not overstay it's welcome, always appreciated.
but yeah torsofuck really made me appreciate sub 1 minute samples a lot more

yeah their production is usually muddy but i feel they make up for it, but i do agree with jurtz about the sample theory. you don't just put in 10 minutes of samples in postpartum ecstasy as an 'artistic liberty'.
