Yeah, the vocals are among the highlights.
I think you'll enjoy it Atari, the album has a nice OSDM vibe.

I thought this was gonna be good, it actually might be better. A celebration of all things DM, love their sound.

This fell short of my expectations, but still a great album. Having an album hyped before it even drops can be a blessing or a curse.

this is overall great but there are some, uh, questionable riffs here and there. like the beginning of phantasmal festering lmao. what were they thinking?
guess thats what happens when you're going for this riff-a-minute style of dm. they cant all be great lol.

@hyperion idk what the problem is with the riff? Its more creative than anything a lot of death metal bands put out there.

3.86 average on RYM through nearly 200 ratings for this thus far, that's pretty damn stout for a osdm revival album

Crazy average. I'm glad the lads are getting some recognition

dm is killing it this year. Same with female pop stars. Both groups have really impressed me in 2020. Maybe they're the same people.

2018 through this year has seen a really great new crop of bands (these lads included) arise from the murk to challenge the heavy hitters, dm is in good hands rn

OSDM revivalism and more hybrid approaches such as Black Curse have had strong releases in the last couple of years. The issue (if it is an issue at all) is that these bands have a restricted target/niche, which does not allow a broader recognition. It's the beauty of the underground, I guess.
