This was at least a tolerable listen, and i do like that it's likely gonna bring this style back to the mainstream.

If by ass and hoes, we're gonna get lines like:

I said it must be ya ass cause it ain't yo' face
I need a tip drill, I need a tip drill

Then I choose ass and hoes

I'm in the middle here: it's far from a top tier record even in its style, but i'll be honest, if this gets bands like PUP some extra mainstream airtime by exposing a wider audience to this stuff then I'm all for it.

Still don’t think Concert for Aliens and the song from the new Tony Hawk remaster are that terrible, lol. I’ve never heard anything else he’s done though

Yeah I don’t know maybe you’ve just never had a good vibe on a Friday night with some friends going out. Maybe leave the house once in a while and you’ll relate I don’t know.

Not gonna lie, he was doing some Covid isolation tracks on YouTube for a while and the song "Pretty Toxic Revolver" is quite good. I'll admit though, the "anguished, drug addicted, misunderstood" bad boy schtick is really unbecoming and doesn't make him a good artist. He seems like a mediocre musician with a lot of famous friends

I've liked one or two MGK songs before but this review is amazing and had me laughing out loud. Could even say I was loling. He does come off as a bit of a poseur I must say, no surprise this would suck.
