We've seen you change your opinions about plenty of bands. I can think of Lamb of God and Wintersun right off the bat.

Those are the two biggest ones. I'm playing Hourglass right now.

I downloaded two tracks from this album from Necrophagist's website. I have been starting to almost love tech-death but this was too brutal for me.

Good review though.

Nah, technique and this kind of brutality doesn't work too good for me.

I love this album. The musicianship never ceases to amaze me.

And the vocals are ok not rilliant but in no way shape or form do they detract from the music.

Any word on a new album btw ? I hear they're bringing one out this year.
Just from this alone you can see that this band isn't very well known, but that doesn't mean that they aren't bad by any means.
??

Like this album a surprising bit...Diminished to Be and Seven are both super duper...

This album is pretty damn weak, I've heard way better technical death metal bands. Necrophagist's songwriting is just kind of, bland. It's really nothing more but to give way to his guitar playing, which, if yo

u enjoy, instantly means you'll like it. Just listening to this and Anata's "The Conductor's Departure," it massively pales in comparison

The live videos are insane.

Most of the time Muhammed doesn't even look at his guitar while he is playing because he does the vocals too... I'M NOT WORTHY

Only Ashes Remain is my favorite off of this album

I really don't like this. It's everything I hate about technical death metal. Regardless of how talented he is, the guitarist

just shows off and needles around the entire time. As a vocalist he is useless. The guy behind the kit really stands out

here, however. I like tech death, but I don't like this. 0 headbangability factor.
