Great review Johnny and I basically agree with your points. I found a lot of nice subtleties and layers though throughout that made it not that much inferior to Assassination, but the repetitive rhythms and less dynamic songwriting still make it a step down. The closer is by far my favorite.

Wasn't too fond of Assassination either. By Ulver standards that is. That one was 3.8-ish, but this could even be 3.1-ish eventually! Pity!
