I'm really enjoying this album. Always felt like the first two got close to something great but didn't quite hit the mark. This is on point.

I hate the first song because the chorus just comes out of nowhere and sounds like crap, but I vibe with the rest of the album.

Kimbal sucks.
I like the one where he sings "how does it feel to be uninformed". That's my favorite.

Great review. I really liked their debut. 2nd album had great songs, too, but had a lot of boring filler.
I don't feel like there's a bad song on this one, though. I feel like they steered away from genre norms we'd expect from bands like this. Lot's of slow, alternative jams. My album of the year so far.

Kimbal is excellent and it’s like barely in my top 5. I think that’s kinda why I ended up giving this a 4 lol.

the font for the band logo is pretty lame ngl

The logo reminds me of '60s Spaghetti Western soundtracks on LPs my family used to own. For that specific nostalgic reason I kind of like it.
But yeah, the art and song titles and even the videos the band uploaded are all over the place thematically.

They are very much a band still trying to find its identity

Could bump this to a 5 in the near future, it's just a perfect mix of prog metal, post-hardcore and emo from beginning to end. All the good stuff is in here.
