you should feel ashamed for having stupid fun at a music concert
|
| |
that's like the best thing about covid no more dumb fun at stupid shows
|
| |
Incredible review really.
Band's still shit though.
|
| |
i should tell downer that despite being banned people are still writing responses to his reviews in 2020
|
| |
Fucking great review
made me shamelessly jam Celebration Rock one more time
|
| |
downer is banned?? i leave here for a few years and the world is upside down
|
| |
not sure I knew that either. what a time
|
| |
Hmm no wonder he didn't join in with his buddies the last time Sowing fucked up
|
| |
lol what the hell did he do
|
| |
damn how many layers of handwringing are we going to get on before we start writing about music again?

As has been said, I've no horse in this race and don't know much/care much about this outfit, but man that was an engaging read
|
| |
I don't even care about this band and I loved reading this review.
|
| |
I'm a fan of Celebration Rock and have done very little to listen to any of the band's other work, read any reviews, see them live, interact with their fans, or anything else with the band. I am guilty of nothing more than really enjoying that record alone by myself and not interacting with anyone else about it, or the band, or any of the reviews you posted that I didn't read, because I don't care.
That said, the review was incredibly well written, I just have no idea what it's on about. As far I knew people generally liked Japandroids, a non-controversial band.

Gud feature!!
|

This is superbly written. Really well done!
|
| |
stellar review, very sharp analysis through a delicate angle

"As has been said, I've no horse in this race and don't know much/care much about this outfit, but man that was an engaging read"
Really, stellar text.

One of my favorite pieces of writing on this website in recent memory, kudos
|
| |
You guys almost had me convinced to read this but then I saw that this is 9 paragraphs long which is 8 and a half paragraphs longer than what I'm willing to commit to
|
| |
It's good writing and a well-made point, shouldn't take that long to read.
