i wouldnt compare it to any Radiohead album, but i see your point when it comes to hype. although i dont think RTJ4 divided the listeners like KOL did. KOL was in no way immediate for me and it took a long time for me to appreciate it, but RTJ4 i liked very much from day 1 i listened to it. If it is their best effort is up for debate but it has great songs for sure
