Yours aha - definitely like Cinnamon and Creepin' the best and don't rate Simmer super highly. Agreed on the consistency though; still not convinced she's completely owning this sound, but it's solid groundwork across the board

the songwriting needs some ironing out but there's some definite potential here. Not used to anything subdued from Hayley, but the relatively low-key (compared to early Paramore) instrumentation lets her voice really shine.
She's just gotta figure out the balance between being unorthodox and being ~*quirky*~
