Awesome. If you liked this, you'll like those probably. Is this streaming somewhere?

My mate got his pre-order copy early, so I listened to that.

Perdition City is awesome, but definitely not the first thing I think of when I hear this.. I kinda prefer this to most DT, tbh.

My 'Recommended By Reviewer' albums aren't supposed to be 100% similar. They're supposed to be albums you can branch out to after this or, if you've heard those, you could branch into this from those. I don't usually pick super similar recs (sometimes I do), I generally try to branch things out a little.

Fair enough. I wasn't questioning your choices as there's definitely similarities between the two. I mostly meant to imply this as a good album for different reasons.

Nyaga makes me think of Danny Baranowsky's soundtrack for the game The Binding of Isaac. It's a good thing.

I didn't think you were 'questioning' my choices. I was just explaining my thought process.

To me, that sounds the most like something that could have been used on a DT song.

agreed dude! This is a really cool album, dare I say, it's pretty great! I could see myself coming back to it while working. It is fairly unique, i don't think I've really ever heard anything like it, but am far from an expert on electronic music.

True true, i meant like, something like Perdition City has that trip-hop film noir vibe, but this is like, the soundtrack inside of a mako reactor.
