I have to confess something; Pink Floyd are not necessarily into my top 10 prog bands, even if I highly rated Dark Side, Wish You Were Here, Animals and Meddle. The Wall is also an alright album. These albums are all well crafted, and it's more for this reason that I came to appreciate them, rather than an objective evaluation. The thing is, save for a few exceptions, I'm not a fan of their psychedelic/space rock tendencies. Their drummer is so repetitive, it gets on my nerves. Gilmour and Waters are great musicians though. I've said it.
