Make peace with misery, whisper your worthless breath!
My face is the last you will see!!!
Beneath the torchfire glllaaaaaarrrrreeeee!

This is good.

Manages to make the cleans work without sounding too cheesy.
I also hear a slight Nevermore influence every so often, sounds like whoever plays the solos is a Loomis fan.

The fact thag this isn't drenched in shitty fake synth is a big plus.
That riff on Christ is Dead is like something Opeth would have done years ago.

Why is Chester Bennington singing on this? The vocals on the debut were better.

yeaaah! ahah cause that comment went precisely when I was digging the opener...after that, the urge of commenting vanished...

The notable difference between the debut and this album, are the vocals.
There’s no vibrato here, and I wonder if the raspier vox herein, are sung as such on purpose.
That said, I like the debut a tad better.

"Taking epic doom to even loftier heights"
Hell no... I dare to say even the latest Candlemass was better than this.
