Well hey, if you want emo recs too I've always got a pile of those on stand-by. Joliette have a few emo-leanings but not to the extent where I'd attribute that label to them--much more of a post-hxc/post-rock vibe for me.
There have been others this year though that are much more firmly in the feels camp.

Yeah, I think they are. Like, the lyrics are pretty angsty with stuff like "Every time I sleep, I sleep deeper, I'd rather not wake up." (In spanish of course) but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing
