The "hen" is from the kansai dialect where they change the negative form "nai" for "hen", so it might be a play of words from Akiru (飽きる) which means "get tired of smth". I guess the meaning here is "Aren't you tired already? (of us?)" or smth like that, but I honestly have no clue lol

Actually just found out that in Kyoto (where the girls are from), there's a guide of manners (probably for tourists) called: "Akimahen!". The explanation states: "In Kansai dialect, "Akimahen!" means "Forbidden!" so yeah Notintheface was spot on.
