This was a lot of fun on initial listen and I'm really excited to back to it. It's heavier and features more "damn that's cool" moments than I remember from Sleepwalking Sailors.



Also Sleepwalking Sailors is still one of my favorite album covers ever.

This definitely has some excellent moments but those male vocals are a bit much at times

it's like Mastodon vocals mixed with Jack Off Jill/Scarling vocals. It's like peanut butter and chocolate, a mix I never knew I needed yet it's everything (I hate peanut butter and chocolate yet it's the simile I'm going with anyway to relate to the common man)

This band is always on the cusp of doing something amazing, but it never quite gets there.

Band rips live, albums are pretty consistently good too.

Great album. The ending of Illegal Guardian is fantastic.
