Modern Messiah, you're obviousely not intelligent enough to understand this music anyway, so why did you even comment?
This is amazing stuff. I still need to actually buy the damn thing, but I can only find it on amazon.com, no store near me carries PoS albums. A shame, really.

Beautiful. I used to think that PoS were overrated and couldnt see what was the deal about them. Moses enlightened me with 3 songs off this album. He was actually trying to convince someone else but I was the one who got hooked.

This is definitely my favorite PoS album out of the 3 i've heard. It doesn't drag like The Perfect Element and it doesn't have the incredibly thin production of One Hour /by the Concrete Lake. Plus Beyond the Pale is out of this world...
I think the first 2 tracks are a bit of a let down though. Didn't quite care for Second Love either, (as well as the title track) but the rest is awesome.

Great review of a superb album. It's my favorite album of theirs - Perfect Element is a close 2nd. "Beyond The Pale" and "Rope Ends" are superb.

a underrated album from one of the best 5 true prog metal kings ( queensryche, fates warning, dream theater, symphony x)
this album have many of my favorite songs of PoF. the intro of a trace of blood in spectacular. the choruses of ending theme and rope ends are strong. undertow may sound gloomy but is really. great. second love is for me the second best song of the album, a nice ballad. BEyond the pale, no words for these songs. everything is here is awesome. the heaviest and the best song on thid album

Godly album, 5/5 stars for sure. Daniel's talent never falls short of the bar. The concept is great and I can listen to this whole work multiple times without getting bored.
