I usually don’t like it at all but god damnit that one everything just works for me as far as stupid pop goes. Halsey sounded good there for probably the only time in her life, only time the guy(s?) didn’t sound like ass, that beat is glorious especially the drop. Epitome of fun pop

The beat is obnoxious and plastic, factory-made and rolled out off of an assembly line. Everything about that song is generic. Songs like that get a pass for being "fun," but all that really does to me is cheapen what a truly "fun" track is. It's like calling the Transformers movies fun but also calling something like Hot Fuzz fun. To put those in the same conversation under the same blanket term means little sense.
And hey, it's close to midnight which means I start rambling, woooooo
