The more i listen to this , the more i like it.
Even the fuzzy guitar is more enjoyable revealing interesting riffs , melody & musical structure.

Yes & No, the guitar is very different (but still enjoyable in my book). The general musical structure is similar.

The guitar turned me off cause it sounded really bad for death metal.

Try "Nightmares Made Flesh" its Death Metal has its best with excellent production.
