I actually like it better cause M. Shadows is actually more tolerable because there are so few of his god awful clean vocals. Production sucks though... hard.

It doesn't sound like this, it's more "experimental" for them. The S/T has plenty of shit that sticks. Critical Acclaim, Gunslinger, Brompton Cocktail, and Afterlife are all pretty good.
