to soften the blow of it potentially being not my thing, I got the reissue of Peter Gabriel's third album and This Heat's Made Available. Also, I usually sell off any VMP stuff if it's not my thing for a decent profit, so it's a win-win scenario in this case.

I think by the time they put out Worship they were already bored of being just loud for the sake of it. Getting Lia on the drums and now having that male/female vocals game going on benefits them. They still gotta find their mojo, but an album with the energy of Exploding Head with this formation is what I'm hoping for.

on discogs, the VMP variant is going for twice of what I bought it for
usually, VMP exclusives go for at least 30-60, depending on the album and the amount pressed
the Fiona Apple press from last year goes for a decent 40-45 nowadays provided you don't subscribe, in which it'd be 29 for it. A good reason to join if you haven't and don't want to pay for flipped records.
