Production is awesome but the songwriting is boring and generic.

i wouldn't call the songwriting boring at all, it's exactly what it needs to be. generic you could argue but not in any way to its detriment - the record knows exactly what its going and it's really enjoyable.

The drumming is a real highlight tbh. Underscores the whole thing with a real aire of enthusiasm that real fits the vibes perfectly.
