^ wow what a great point. I was thinking the exact same thing... MiW fell off HARD after Creatures.

So happy to have that void filled now though, this is already sounding better than creatures so far

so much similarity to Chris's screams here too, but the cleans are even better than his cleans

I personally like MIW's newest way more than this, but this is still very good

Thanks for the kind words. I felt what better first review than one of my most anticipated albums of 2018

I felt the new MiW was fairly lackluster and was filled with songs that reminded me of other artists more than the band itself. It's by far their weakest record, in my opinion.

This is honestly one of my favorite albums of this year, and definitely my favorite INK albums. Great review btw. 4.5/5 but I'm too stupid to review stuff

Listening now. Stabbing in the Dark is TASTY. Loving the return to more complex guitar work.

Why is Savages on here? It’s so mediocre and out of place

I agree, it's very radio rock-esque. it's catchy though, I'll give it that

Savages is lame but other than that this is fucking awesome. Thank God It's Friday is a huge grower

SAVAGES is definitely their track for radio play, in my opinion

Freak Flag was probably also written with radio play in mind, but everything else is pretty fucking tight. I'm glad that they added Enjoy Your Slay to the album instead of leaving it as a single, especially with having Kubrick's grandson on it.
