You're wrong mate, but if you believe in you argument, it's ok.

Used to listen a lot of their old stuff back in 2011, and i still like some of the songs on their last two records, but Rituals didn't worked for me.

The production even reminds me of America and M A N I A, so i don't need some time to absorb this new phase.

zak your sound off to this album is the most unfounded description of any album I have ever read on this site, you could have copypasted any Chuck Norris joke instead and it would still fit the topic better I mean wtf u even talking about

I can only liken this to Moose Blood’s last album. Both poor!

This album fits into the grander scheme of things exactly as my sound off purports pal.

Album/band is a pox.

This is good exciting stuff. Lyrics are still there sound is just different. Unfortunately this is an album that could kill a band. You have to make new fans not just cater to the old ones. Just don't alienate everyone. Go big or go home. Respect.

ridiculous and unfounded 1's lowering the average way too far when it actually is a solid 3+ without them (out of 11 ratings below 3.0 7 are a 1, talking about the disadvantage of arithmetic average due to outlier)

"You dig this then you’ve sold yourself out to the capitulated, gentrified, corporate sheen of rock Music.

You are the antithesis of rock n rolls core.

You strive against nothing, have no purposeful ideals and are a simple malleable tool controlled by the mindless to do nothing but consume.

You’ve been lied to your entire life and you look for this to answer the unanswerable?

The first answer is provided by seeing this for what it is. What it truly is.

A whopping great pile of cunt."

Instant 5.

Heard some Maroon 5 on the radio and they sound like everything is written for the radio. Just some generic feelgood music. This album however feels honest, authentic and rather dark. It has an emotional punch to it. But you gotta actually listen to more than one single to know that so how could you know?

Don't try to debate other ppls ratings, it will never achieve anything, you will always look bad. You say my 1 is unwarranted. I say I hate this Album with a burning passion. There is no comeback from that except: "U just don't get it bro"

I guess with lolifant’s argument you have to decide whether this sounds authentically ‘authentic’ or if that is in itself a cynical ploy :D
