Aaaand I did it.

Flâneur is such a jam :3 This discog is pretty sweet. I'm curious which directions he might take in the future. The jazzier tones are great. Hopefully we'll get some more stuff that vein

I'm probably never going to like any of his work, past or future, more than the trilogy.

Mmmh. This gets better with every listen. I dig the bass sound and the darker tones in general. Salt + Charcoal is awesome

This is the perfect album to listen to in the fanciest building in the fanciest place in a fancy ass city to be fair, highest of quality and musicianship

For that alone, and how "feel good" it is, I'm bumping to 4

new plini new plini new plini, getting a real ambient vibe from it, and on the latter half of the track, electronic, luckily, this is the very thing that I have been listening to lately, so I am quite happy, I worry of the replay value though (inb4 I look at this years later and I've played it 30 times back-to-back)

"two 'interludes' (i hesitate to call them 'songs'), inspired by two unrelated-but-similar-happy-accident photographs where an arrangement of birds in the sky and surfers in the sea looked like sheet music – so i transcribed the photos into melodies and this is the result. hope you enjoy."

oh, hmm... interludes huh? kind of odd to release the interludes first for a new release (if this is even going to be on the new release................)

I don’t mind, any new material is good for me. It’s a glimpse of what’s to come

Had to endure Sunhead but now it's time for the follow up to Handmade Cities, IMPULSE VOICES! first song is an instant classic and I'm sure the album will follow suite in quality
