I'd probably hate this if I didn't see them live. their guitarist was pretty good tho, and I bet "Criminal" is a blast live too

Here’s the thing with this album. You’re inherently not going to like it a lot if you don’t already like State Champs. There are about 4 incredibly solid, memorable songs. And about 3 that are painful to listen to. The rest is just serviceable State Champs. If you didn’t already like them, that’s probably not a good thing. If you already liked them and just enjoy their music generally, it’ll be something that doesn’t really take much away from the album per se.
