I will forever remember in grade 8 when I requested How You Remind Me to be played at the school dance and everyone went nuts

I was always more of a Puddle of Mudd guy than a Nickelback guy

I hated both, Steak. I will say "Blurry" was alright, but nothing else. "How You Remind Me" torments me to this day.

I mostly just remember when the first Spiderman with Tobey what's-his-face came out, and that damn "Hero" song by Chad Kroeger and Josie Scott was everywhere.
AND THEY SAY THAT A HERO CAN SAVE US
I'M NOT GONNA STAND HERE AND WAIIIITTTTTTTTT
My "favorite" part of that song is how they apparently thought the opening line was so poignant, it needed to be repeated.
I am so high, I can hear heaven!
(Oh, I'm sorry, did you not hear me? Let me say it again)
I AMMMM SO HIGH, I CAN HEAR HEAVEENNNNNNNN

Haha, I remember that! Those Spider-Man movies had the cringiest soundtracks. I need to review those one day. They had Nickelback, Hoobastank, Taking Back Sunday, and a whole mess of other groups.

Leto's shriek on this album is something to be admired.

Haven't listened to this in ages, but from what I remember it's remarkably catchy and wrongly looked down on due to the image associated with it (and Leto).

Man that movie has not aged well though

I disagree, I still love the Toby McGuire Spider-Man films. They bring a more grounded approach to the character. I like an older Spider-Man rather than the high school version we usually see. Though, Homecoming wasn't that bad. It depends on which comics you like best.

A Miles Morales Spider-Man film is too soon. Give it a few years to garner material. Yellowcard is a band I haven't heard in a while. I never listened to pop-punk often, but Yellowcard was the only group I actually liked. 'Attack' was a killer opener -- so much energy and passion exploding at once.

Speaking of the Spiderman soundtrack, nothing beats Sum 41 - What We're All About lol
