For me, malice mizer is just posers without talent. Yes, I have heard their Bara no seidou (i own it) and merveilles and it's nothing but image and the music itself is not good, difficult or anything else than just trying to sound grandeur, which it fails to. Gackt is too much of a sell out, Mana is a nerd and the rest... well the rest are randoms :D (hehe sorry man).

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree in that regard. Personally I think Malice Mizer are brilliant and extremely talented, but I'm not about to try and convince anyone of anything like that. I suppose that's where different opinions come into play.

I'm not arguing that. It's more or less true (the less part consisting of a couple of songs like Mizerable and Oasis which I rather enjoy).

Sorry, but this is just way too long and uninteresting.

I get bored on the first paragraph,
although this is an awesome review (the literal sence of the word awesome, not the overused douchbagy interpretation) (of the appearance of the review, not of the review itself)

I don't log in here as this isn't my primary source for music (i hang around at another site, would feel pretty much as a waste to have 2 dont you think?), but I check internet regarding X and this site and also this link maybe 1 time every month, as no comments and nothing that needed my attention and this review getting a bit older I felt logging in wasnt neccessary . I'm more of a lurker than poster.



I been thinking of my (this) review from time to time, usually 3 times per week or something. As life goes on, perspectives and thoughts, experience but also ideas and priorities and life (?) itself changes. I been thinking of rewriting/revisioning some parts but never got the time and energy.



Now, a long time later and many thoughts and experiences later (believe me i been thinking a lot) there's in fact not much I'd like to change! Not surprising huh? Hmm I don't know! I still feel and think the same of this! Call me narrow-minded or selfish but I still do!



However, I do have a better understanding of how different people in this world can be and what make/made us who we are and what we like and our perspectives, when I made this I thought a bit naive that everyone could sooner or later like X but hmm I've realized no ;). People and the world is just huge and complicated and there are so many factors puzzling together that everything can't be solved or understood!



My review is probably not mainly meant to introduce people to this band and is I guess for fairly advanced fans of X japan. Again, if you want to try this band SEE X JAPAN live videos (and if not just still do it .



PS still looking out for Violet UK! Or X japan reunion there's been plenty of news lately related to X.

yeah, it's way too long. art of life is the best thing x japan ever did and is still probably my favorite song of all time.

This review seems incomplete, a couple more paragraphs could be helpful.

needs a few more chapters, the characters didn't seem to resolve the way I wanted them to.

And I thought I was long winded.

Now I realize I've been writing my reviews all wrong...
