Because not all Avenged Sevenfold sounds the same, the instruments are all great, they
are wonderfull and original song writers, and it doesn't blow nuts.

How could you give two Avenged Sevenfold albums 5/5, but this a 1.5/5? It doesn't make any sense to me.

No, this doesn't make any sense: I have an itch and it sounds like a purple. Return to sender, not left Thursday.

That doesn't make sense. This review is just a matter of taste. This Message Edited On 06.14.06

To be perfectly honest, it seems to me like you're a fanboy of a different genre of metal writing a review of this album just to smash the fanboys of Metallica. I'm not a fanboy of Metallica by any means (which is why I haven't rated hardly any of their albums), I'm just slightly disturbed by this review.

Well, not everyone can be as enlightened, wise, and good-looking as us.

That's true. People like us make the world a far better place. People like him
blah blah stupid stuff
make me want to publicly commit hari kari.

Excellent review. It really points out the truth of this album and metallica.

It took some serious balls to write and deliver it's message so well.

/hats off.

Disturbing is the stories of the torture endured by prisoners of the Spanish Inquisition. This is a dude saying he doesn't like Metallica.

Hahahaha, Steerpike owns this thread. I seriously started laughing hysterically when I read his posts.

But yeah, I'm not trying to piss people off by writing this review, but when I saw that all of the review were 5/5 besides one 4/5 I just thought it'd be good for people to hear the negative side.
Dis is metal blah if u don like it u aint a meatl head I'd lik to c u try and play a kirk solo
Something to that effect. There are plenty of people who can play the pentatonic wank that is a Kirk Hammet solo. I hate Metallica, and I love metal. So you're theory has been disproved. This Message Edited On 06.14.06

While I don't like Metallica all too much anymore, they were a major band that got me into metal, in particular this album. And while my disdain for the band has grown, I am still rather fond of this album. Word.

yea steerpike i aint no noob, metallica perfected metal..when kill em all came out there was no other band like them...motorhead was the closest but not close enough

I don't think you understand. First of all, Metallica in now way "perfected" metal. If they had, then there never would have been any power metal or death metal. This proves immediately that I know a hell of a lot more than you do.

Second, in that last post, when I told you how metal I was, I was challenging you to a metal-off. You have insulted my samurai-like honor, and now must face me in ritual metal-off.This Message Edited On 06.14.06

Oh good god, negative Metallica reviews really brings out the most intelligent of the Sputnik community it seems.

Next time you try to review something, make it more factual and less opinion based

Now, now Dan and/or Joe, everyone knows reviews are only meant to tell one group of people what they want to hear.
