I thought this album is tied with the debut as their best album, while I find the singles off of the 4 album to be superior to their debut I didn't think the album tracks on this album were as great as the album tracks off of their debut.
The best songs off of the 4 album are "Juke Box Hero", "Waiting For A Girl Like You", "Urgent" and the underrated "I'm Gonna Win"
The only song I didn't enjoy much is "Luanne", I initially wasn't too fond of "Woman In Black" but it is a very good song that really grows onto you.

This was IMO Foreigner's last great album of their career, I feel this was Foreigner at their peak, the best songs on the album IMO are "Juke Box Hero", "Urgent" and "Woman In Black", honorable mentions are "Break It Up", "Waiting For A Girl Like You" and "Girl On The Moon".
The only songs I'm not big on are "Luanne" and "I'm Gonna Win", I feel they were the weaker tracks on the album.

Good album overall. Juke Box Hero is some crafty ass pop rock, as is Urgent
