Wow, what a ludicrous album. Stellar review. I'm only two spins deep and can already agree with the notion of the deconstruction breathing life into new ground. This is wild and unhinged but it somehow makes so much more sense than it has any right to.

definitely getting an early Pram-before-Pram vibe from the whimsical nature of this. The combination of kraut-leaning percussion being seemingly contradictory with the softer vocal style. All unfiltered. Very psych-like. Weird perhaps, but plenty to latch onto throughout. Wholly enjoyable. Pleased to have discovered this.
