It's a genuinely perfect radio rock song imo. Never liked The Oaf that much but the chorus is alright. I should give this album a listen.

This is one of those albums that hits close to being a classic but is held back by just a few too many "just ok" tunes. Despite it's shortcomings, "In Loving Memory Of" has a strong selection of highlights that are still worth revisiting and Ian's convincingly heartbroken demeanor amounts to plenty of compelling moments.
