I'd say I enjoy this a lot despite my 3.5 rating. But I think the production gets in the way of too many songs, where Days Are Gone was enhanced by the production. The production on this album hinders some songs from reaching the highs they could have.

this definitely isnt a bad album but its the same formula applied with diminishing returns. has its share of highlights but nothing like if i could change your mind or the wire. it seems like production, melodies and creativity have all slightly gotten worse this time and im worried that their next album could be a 2.5 or worse if they dont change things up.

One of those interesting real-life occurrences is that I'm now sort of interested in this album because my girlfriend plays it so much, even though I was among the lot of people who sort of dismissed of it quickly, idk there's something so bland about it that's weird and tough to like but some of the songs are good like "nothing's wrong"
