i think a lot of the songs just plain suck. they dont go anywhere. its just a lot of, for about half the time, crappy riffs with crappy vocals and crappy production. there are a few gems on here though, especially city of screaming statues, but then again, i can just listen to Gardens of Grief and i get that with songs that are this technical, but better thought out

I like the vocals and the raw production :/ Decent, but other than Kingdom Gone I can't find good songs on here, just good riffs and melodies scattered throughout the album.
