For the life of me I can't figure out what people see in this band, and I've been asking this question since the Triptych. God awful vocals, mediocre musicianship and I have to say I disagree heavily about the lyrics as well. To each his own, but I've honestly tried with every release to see what people enjoy about them. Some of their album averages are fucking head scratchers.

Can't tell if joking, but I'd (probably?) rather listen to them.
From the limited amount I've allowed myself to hear over the years, it always seems like they are just an incredibly watered-down version of whatever is hip at the time.

This was pretty underwhelming, especially coming off the back of their best two albums. It's not bad, but it feels a bit bored. Jesus Wept is good because it has nice energy, but it feels like this album as a whole is missing something.
