I actually swallowed back my fear and watched a couple of their songs on YouTube last night. They definitely have something compelling about them, and as a "Threepenny Opera" fan, I could see the connection. Not sure if I could get used to his vocals, though, and I'm big on vocals. On the other hand, there are some bands with questionable vocals I've grown to love, like Black 47, so who knows? Jury is out for now.
If you do check out a "Threepenny Opera" soundtrack, I'd suggest digging up the Raul Julia stage show version.

Album Rating: 3.5
Yeah, this is the weakest of the ones I've reviewed, it might drop to a 3.5 for me. It does lean heaviest on the humour to prop it up. I have to say one thing though, 'Jesus' is good, 'Jesus' is great
