This is a tough one to rate because you're not exactly judging by usual criteria; it's unrelenting, cathartic, hypnotic etc and perhapsthe purest form of artistic integrity but it's also nothing but migraine inducing white noise by a borderline talentless 'artist whos shock value shtick wore thin years ago . Depends on what perspective you take/on you're mental state/ possibly on how strongly you wanna put on the affectation of enjoying anti-music.
I learnt to accept that sach isn't putting on said affectation and genuinely derives enjoyment from tinnitus esque stuff like this and Bar M so it seems.

Listened to this last night and it strikes me you're bang on about the new-found sense of motion, though perhaps that is articulated by the length and not the music per se? Idk yet

i don't think any of this has much to do with "shock value"

a lot of contemporary noise music is an A E S T H E T I C and/or a M E D I U M in a way that isn't too dissimilar to many other modes of music imo.

sure the tones, moods, and sounds are very different - its very nature seems belie the boundaries of traditional musical expression - but i'd argue that the end goal remains just the same.
