Lonnie Johnson>Robert Johnson?
Maybe......maybe.

In terms of guitar playing there's no comparison. Voice goes to Robert though.

Robert Johnson is the king of story telling also, followed closely by John Lee Hooker

Awesome review, mate. Blues owns, especially roots. I always listen to a bunch of blues in my dad's car, and this, Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf take all.
Muddy Waters kicks so much ass.

I have to say that howlin wolf is such a genius. If you listen to his stuff in comparison to alot of moden music of any genre, he still sounds amazingly original.

Gentlemen, I'm going to have to ask you to cease with the bumping. The last thing I want is for my review to be viewed by the public at large, appreciated, recognized for it's merits, and then approved of- thus stroking my ego. I cannot let that happen.

Indeed. Lest you sell-out and become too mainstream. This Message Edited On 07.21.06
