Meh, it's a harmless and cute little EP. Clearly not some grand statement or anything, but it isn't bad by any means.

Relient K is a great example for bands that know that their sound isn't groundbreaking, but still fun and catchy. One of the only christian groups that has stuck with me.

I'm looking at the album like what it is. It's a holiday album, it'd be like someone writing a song about Santa. They aren't trying to make a statement or anything. It's just meant to be enjoyed for what it is, and they do a decent job with Pop-Punk fueled Candy Hearts, bluesy Happy Valentimes, and Folksy BMI Valentine. It's not amazing or anything, but it's enjoyable.
