"Really?"
Yeah, apart from 2 epic songs and one or two great solos, i found it a bit repetitive.
I will listen to it again to formulate my opinion but i don't think i'll change my mark.

Currently on a Thin Lizzy listening marathon and must admit to preferring Robbo/Gorham partnership to Moore/Gorham. Moore technically brilliant tho. Great album.

Moore>>>Robertson (and Gorham for that matter).

Taken on his own ye he is technically better than those two I agree but I was talking about the twin guitar sound, specifially wrt this album vs earlier ones. But robbo/Gorham had a lot longer to perfect it I spose.

You have a point, Robertson and Gorham had a more equal partnership. However, I heard that Gorham himself has said that playing with Moore made him push himself as a guitarist and believes it helped him approve. I personally think this album has some of Gorham's best solos, as well as some truly magnificent ones from Moore of course.

Agreed, definitely one of my favourites.
