yeah this is a disappointment aside from a few highlights. say what you want about Beauty... but it had hooks on hooks and most of the tracks stood out (one of my pregaming jams (am i insufferable?)). this is just so samey.

I think it's just because of the steady flow of singles he releases, which tend to have a fairly long shelf life. It's been about a year and a half, two years between each release. Which I guess it still a bit unnecessarily prolific, but pop music.

Sorry Starless, I wanted to like this a lot but so many of these tracks feel absolutely useless.

Some very great songs surrounded by pointlessly generic and boring misfires, from what I heard. Dude seems more confused than ever about what he wants to do with his sound. At 18 tracks, I dunno that I'll ever come back to finish this.
That being said, t/t is his best song since the mixtape days
