Thanks man! Prayer Position is so freakin' sweet. Definitely my favorite of the "harder" songs on the album.

Now that Nolly's gone, it will be interesting to see what happens. I think he was definitely one of the guys that pushed for a more poly-rhythmic sound (as made evident by his track on Clear) but I guess we'll see what 2018 brings.

This review is great. One can easily recognize the reviewers connection with this album, it's very passionate.

I don't write many reviews (usually because I'm busy working on personal projects/teaching) but I felt like this album needed a positive review. I normally try to be subjective but my bias clearly comes forward in this one haha.

https://gyazo.com/4452fa526bca9de2fc98c8665fded7a7 something neat i found was, every pair of songs in this album have the same tuning (besides Flatline which is Drop G# with 7 string, but it is basically in the middle of the album so it is fitting) , after seeing this i can see how Prayer Position and Lune are in the same tuning, with 6 string, it kind of surprised me that Remain Indoors and Habitual Line-Stepper are in the same tuning though
I think it was a really cool idea cause it leaves the album feeling very diverse colorful throughout

That's actually really cool.
I also really appreciate how they take some of the music themes in this and reference them in different song (piano theme in "The Way the News Goes", "Absolomb", and "Lune").

I actually feel like this has some of their best songwriting. Most of these songs are just pretty damn good. I'd even say they are awesome
