My Chemical Romance Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge
This is MCR's greatest album in my opinion. Whilst some might find it less accessible than The Black Parade, it is definitely worth the listen. It has also recently been pressed on vinyl, I highly recommend this in the vinyl format. The Ghost of You sounds utterly amazing
My Chemical Romance The Black Parade
Three Cheers is better in my opinion, but this album is still a fantastic listen. I will be jamming this for years to come. It's just been re-pressed on vinyl, I highly recommend it in vinyl format, it gives the guitars much more depth and the drums and percussion are much more prominent
My Chemical Romance Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys
This album really isn't that bad, I mean come on, Save Yourself is the shit!
My Chemical Romance Conventional Weapons

The funny thing is that you rated with 5 albums made by bands heavily influenced by old linkin park like of mice and men and that you rated with 5 poop like good charlotte. Tbh everyone who rates this with a score below 3 should be castrated or executed

You are wrong buddy, this is even better meteora and the hunting party which are excellent albums. The voice of chester is sweet as hell, the rap parts of mike shinoda in HT specially are well constructed. The songs despite of being simple are extremely catchy and powerful. Besides, the production of this album is fantastic, also hybrid theory is the perfect balance between 4 musical genres and the electronic stuff composed by mr hahn here is excellent, mr hahn is perhaps the best dj of the nu metal era and cure for the itch is at the same level of the stuff composed by cut chemist, crystal method and hybrid.

Imo their best is A Thousand Suns which itself has a dear place in my heart but you do make solid points

Why are all these people coming out of the woodwork? Is that new Korn album like a cultural green light to talk about nu metal?

Well, ATS has some great electronic stuff, besides some of the lyrical work of that album is kinda deep and meaningful, besides is the most cohesive LP album and tracks like burning in the skies, wretches and kings, blackout and the catalyst are very decent. Still, it could have been much better, they should have add more rock, hard rock and metal elements, 50 % of the actual songs are boring and bad as hell ( robot boy, the messenger) and in that album there are flaws in the vocal departament which are hard to ignore, some of the intros are pointless ( empty spaces, wisdom justice and love, fallout) and if you listen the lp underground 15 demos ( malathion+tritonius, aubrey one, blanka, froctagon) you will see that ATS could have been much more intense and much more balanced. For me ATS is a 3, at the same level of MTM, even living things is a little bit better cuz is much more fun and dynamic at least in its first half

And is respectable, cuz I enjoy that album despite of its flaws. Still HT, Meteora, THP are better, even LT and reanimation are quite better

I find nothing inherently wrong or bad about nu metal, but it's not a genre I would willfully or actively listen to. Review isn't very well written either anyway, I've seen far better track by tracks
