I fear I might feel the same way as the review after a couple of plays of this. I love Devin but whilst there were a few cool moments here and there this whole album just kinda washed over me and was forgotten about right away. Will persevere.

I think it was implemented to staffers back in the day as a test of an eventual broader rollout, but who knows if/when that would be. The biggest thing it really does is provide access to the broader scales of aggregators like metacritic and aoty, which doesn't really impact users.
It's nice to use here and there (3.3 and 3.8 are probably my most used of them, maybe 4.7 as well), but really not a huge deal.

Honestly I would prefer it if Dev did more non-metal stuff, because Ghost and Casualties of Cool have been his strongest albums lately. High hopes for his symphony.
